When I was in school, the school bus was one of the most exciting, yet scariest places on earth. 

You didnt know if you were going to see a genius comedy routine from the class-clown, or a full-blown fist fight. 

One time these big kids were throwing candy at the heads of little kids in the front seats. My little brother (1st grade) took a jolly rancher and fired it full-speed at a sixth graders forehead. Nailed it. What a shot. 

My brother went to the principles office when he should've gotten a trophy. 

One time a kid took his shirt off and lit all his chest hair on fire. 

One time I got choked out by a goth kid and blacked out from not being able to get oxygen.

One time a girl I liked sat next to me (on purpose) but I didn't have the gusto to talk to her. 

One time a kid barfed multiple gallons and everyone had to stand on their seats because it was flowing up and down on the floor. 

The school bus was a magical vortex of joy and gloom. 

I was the last senior to get a car, so I became the oldest kid on the bus. I had enough of school bus life at this point, and wrote a song about it called If I had a Car. Hear here.
